The Longevity TIGWeld 200SX is a TIG welder that can be used at home. It is easy to setup without any help from a professional. The kit comes with all the accessories found in other welding machines. The accessories all felt solid and comparable with other welding machines of the same category.

The Longevity TIGWeld 200SX is a good welding machine when it comes to duty cycle and maximum output. The duty cycle of the machine is comparable to more expensive machines, such as the ones from Miller. The only difference is that the Miller machine has pulse arc features.

One good thing about the Longevity TIGWeld 200SX is that you can plug it into a 100 volt outlet and be able to weld. This is one of the advancements in welding technology. Being able to weld on 100 volts is a good thing, especially if you are going to use it in your home garage to do small repairs or welding light gauge metals.

One can use the Longevity TIGWeld 200SX to weld heavy plates as well, even on 110 volts. The only issue is that the TIG torch gets too hot that it is uncomfortable to hold. The machine doesn’t go over the overheat protection.

The welding products from Longevity are as good as the ones from major brands such as Miller and Lincoln. The only thing that turns off people from the new welders is that they are made in China. That could be an issue in the past but today’s welding machine comes with a computer and most likely, all of the computers from major brands are the same as the ones inside Longevity.

If you are looking for a budget TIG welder then go with a TIGWeld 200SX from Longevity. It provides good value for your money at half the price of a Miller. It is ideal for people who are new to welding.
